are looking to improve their communication. Issues of parenting, family-of-origin challenges and sex will be addressed as well as how neurology of the brain can either help or hurt communication.

Parenting Group Therapy is a 12 session long therapeutic experience for parents who are looking to improve upon their parenting skills.    Parenting group therapy covers basic elements of parent-child bonding,  personal history that influences parenting style, and the latest literature on effective parenting practices and more. 

Divorce Group Therapy

Divorce Group Therapy is a 12 week long therapeutic experience that helps you to deal with the challenges of loss, grief and trauma of divorce.    Whether you are the "leaver" or the person "left,"  emotionally navigating life through or after a separation or divorce is hard.
